In my experience, anytime I didn't use CLI with admin privileges and proper mounting the stuff got kinda messed up. It should say something like "-rwxrwxrwx", which means that you can do anything you want with the file.ġ1.

Run "ls -la" (I think) to check your permissions in regards to any file in each of device 1 and device 2. I'm not sure, but I think the number at the end is excluded because mounting a partition of the device and not the device itself doesn't make sense to me.ġ2. Run "mount /dev/sdb /lubuntu/media/whatever1" it might actually be "/dev/s*#", like "/dev/sdb1". Run "mount /dev/sda /lubuntu/media/whatever1" (or whatever "/dev/s*" device).ġ0. (You could alternatively run "umount /lubuntu/media//" to unmount them, where "/lubuntu/media/" is whatever the path to the mountpoint is and "/" is the mount point)ĩ. Open the file explorer program and unmount all hard drives or storage devices.ĥ. You can use this Linux liveboot CD to copy or move files from storage device to storage device, but make sure to properly mount the devices before copying or moving. Most of the volume of that drawer was occupied by clothes. I ended up storing the Lubuntu CD amongst other optical disks in a CD/DVD cake box spindle container in the back right of the second-to-bottom drawer in a dresser nearest to the door in my room. I don't remember why I wrote "older less powerful laptops", but maybe it does work with laptops and not just desktops or, I got something mixed up and wrote incorrect information.

On the disk I used a physical fine-point orange marker to label the disk I wrote with my own handwriting: I downloaded this ISO from somewhere (I forgot where) and burned it to a Philips CD-R disk years ago. English pronunciation respelling: it is pronounced as luu-BUUN-too or loo-BUUN-too, not le-BUUN-too.

UBUNTU DOWNLOAD ISO TORRENT SOFTWARE
that it doesn't say anything in the blog on their website about the release of 22.04 which says is testing but instead of them linking the download to the current stable version they instead of it linking to the testing version which is great if the testing version is stable, otherwise thats not so good, I plan on trying both iso, with Rufus windows software to my USB drives to see which of the versions seem most stable before installing them, I am also looking at KDE neon to see how it compares it looks alot alike in the desktop images of them, I tried ubuntu budgie already which is kind of mac desktop like, and these seem to copy the windows style a bit more, that budgie version of 21.10 has some bugs in it, I got errors on that desktop version on my gigabyte desktop.Hash: ef21436f8b097cb76b7c488dd84f318e3d275a79 Ok, so I have a question why is it linking to 22.04 testing instead of 21.10 which is the current stable version? I noticed from the download link at thats what I recommend but also its windows software, but its the best way to do that as far as I know. I use Rufus to get ubuntu or debian iso's to my USB drives when trying them out.
